After nearly two years of effort, Factory (in partnership with HBD) is thrilled to be named preferred bidders for the £1bn Golden Valley Development—marking Factory's bold entry into the UK market.
Some big announcements from us today – Factory has a new £1bn project, forms a JV with HBD, and enters UK market.
This is something I’ve spent over a year working on, and I’m personally very excited to be able to finally share it with the world.
HBD X Factory has been selected as as ‘preferred bidder’ for the ambitious £1bn Golden Valley Development next to Cheltenham’s GCHQ. We’ll spend the next decade collaborating closely with the Cheltenham Borough Council to create a globally renowned Intelligent Garden District – beginning with Factory Cheltenham.
The project is particularly exciting, as it marks our ambitious first step into large scale mixed-use developments that have a focus on innovation.
A special thanks to the team, our partners, new contacts in Cheltenham, and friends and family who put in all the late nights and endless hours of work that got us all to this point.
