In addition to cultural activations featuring artists utilizing our work-in-progress space, we're always eager to embrace a great culinary experience. This time, our friends from the renowned Pistola y Corazon restaurant brought in "I Am the 1" from Los Angeles for a crispy fried chicken pop-up at our construction site.

The result? A gathering of our closest local friends, savoring mouthwatering bites and topping it off with some funky dancing as dessert.
