Factory Lisbon is a stunning adaptive reuse of a 1973 military factory on Lisbon’s harborfront, now part of the Hub Criativo de Beato innovation district. With its original structure preserved, the 200m-long building integrates external walkways and a mirrored elevator shaft. The project blends office spaces, event areas, restaurants, and a public rooftop, juxtaposing historic materials with modern steel, glass, and wood elements.
